Identity Consultancy is a privately owned and registered company established in 2010 that provides mental health, training and research services to Organizations and individuals. We have a highly skilled team which has in the past provided training on mental health to corporations, government departments, schools and individuals. Identity Consultancy has extensive skills in research, which encompasses all aspects of research, from designing project proposals, baseline surveys, action plans and their implementation. Our training packages are in the areas of psycho-social support, educational psychology, assertiveness and leadership. We endeavor to provide training programs that affect directly the new challenges that our country is facing.

Our Lead Consultant is an Associate Professor of Psychology, a holder of a BSc in Psychology, an MSc in Educational Psychology, and a DPhil in Psychology. He is a state-licensed Educational Psychologist and also a member of the American Psychological Association (APA). He has worked for the Schools Psychological Services and currently a senior lecturer in Psychology. His experience has been in working with children and developing educational programmes for gifted and other exceptional children.
Together with other psychologists, Prof. Zirima has designed and offered Training programmes for School leaders, Prefects and Peer Counsellors. Prof. Zirima has provided mental health promotion programmes for private and public organisations over the past ten years.
Driven by a strong desire to provide mental health services to as many people as possible Prof Zirima established Identity Consultancy in 2010. To date, the Consultancy has provided services to thousands of people in Zimbabwe and beyond and trained dozens of Psychologists and other Mental Health Practitioners.
